GUIDELINES FOR AUTHORS
Time
slots for the individual presentations are indicated in the agenda.
The
time slot allocated to each speaker includes the time for Q&A (up to 3
minutes).
Presenters are encouraged to
send the slide deck by email before the start of the entire workshop (by
Monday 13 January 2025). At the latest, the slides
should be provided 1 day prior to the presentation.
The slide deck should be sent by email in a PowerPoint or PDF format to events.organisation@esa.int with a title "1st EarthCARE In-Orbit workshop: <speaker_name>". Please name your file according to <Lastname><Sessionname>.<type> (e.g., PresenterATLID.ppt).
In
case of slide updates shortly before your talk, please share the updated
file by email in the same way.
Presenters
are invited to share the screen during the talk. In case of problems, the
host will share the latest slide deck that was sent by email.
Webex
test sessions will be held to allow presenters to configure and test their
audio and video. There are two test sessions scheduled for 10 Jan 2025:
(1) 09:30-10:30 CET / 17:30-18:30 JST and
(2) 16:30 – 17:30 CET / 10:30-11:30 EST. Webex details for the test
sessions will be sent to all presenters on 9 Jan 2025.
